Chief Executive Officer & President

Joseph Musacchio is a seasoned entrepreneur and staffing industry executive with more than 40 years of experience across workforce solutions, technology, compensation intelligence, business development, and talent strategy. As Chief Executive Officer and President of Career Management Group, Joe guides the organization's strategy, innovation, partnerships, financial performance, and long-term growth.

Throughout his career, Joe has founded and led multiple staffing, consulting, and workforce technology companies. He created People Blue Book, one of the industry's earliest published sources of contingent compensation data, and later built PeopleTicker into a leading real-time rate-benchmarking platform used by Fortune 500 companies, staffing firms, MSPs, and VMS providers worldwide. Several of his companies have gone on to successful acquisitions.

Today, Joe leads Career Management Group and its portfolio of businesses, including Consulting Direct, Multiple Listing Staffing Association, MarketRates AI, and Talent Turks. His vision brings together people, data, technology, and industry expertise to create a more connected and transparent workforce ecosystem, and help organizations make faster, smarter, and more defensible talent decisions.
