Talent Turks Terms of Use.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Talent Turks website and expert network (the “Services”). By using the Services, applying to the network, or accepting a validation assignment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Talent Turks

Talent Turks is a global expert network that connects experienced recruitment, HR, compensation, procurement, staffing, and workforce professionals with paid assignments to validate labor-market information. Talent Turks supports the human-validation layer behind MarketRates AI.

2. Network membership and applications

Membership is open to qualified workforce professionals and is subject to review and approval. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, current information about your professional experience. We may accept, decline, suspend, or remove members at our discretion, including where information provided is inaccurate or these Terms are violated.

3. Validation assignments

Approved experts may be offered validation assignments matched to their country, industry, job-family, and subject-matter experience. Assignments are voluntary; compensation is shown before you accept. Responses must reflect your own professional knowledge and judgment, based on your real-world market experience.

4. Confidential information

You agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information belonging to any employer, client, or candidate—past or present—when completing assignments or otherwise using the Services. Only share general market knowledge and insight that you are free to provide.

5. Your submissions

By submitting responses, insights, or other content through the Services, you grant Talent Turks and MarketRates AI a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, aggregate, and incorporate that content into labor-market intelligence products and services. Submitted content is used in aggregated or anonymized form wherever practical.

6. Payments

Compensation is payable only for validation work that is completed and accepted in accordance with the assignment instructions. Payment amounts, methods, and timing are communicated with each assignment. You are responsible for any taxes on amounts you receive. Experts are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of Talent Turks or MarketRates AI.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting false or fabricated information, misrepresenting your experience, using automated tools to generate responses, or interfering with the operation or security of the Services.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talent Turks and MarketRates AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts paid to you for assignments in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and contact
